Before making a career as a Chef, Adelaide majored in Economics in Brazil. Fluent in five language, she studied in Europe and USA, and worked in Finance in New York City, as an investment advisor.
Following her passion, she honed her skills through culinary courses and internship programs with some of the most prestigious schools, chefs, and restaurants.
She became a renowned Chef, a Hostess for Culinary TV shows, a Food Writer, a Food Journalist, a Teacher, and a Consultant. She is also an enthusiastic promoter of Brazilian food. Currently she lives in Fort Lauderdale – FL, working as a Corporate Chef for Chima’s Steakhouse, a restaurant group with five units in four states.
